1.)as a police, do you think those social networking sites can foster the positive relationship between polices and citizens?

as a police,i think we can promote some
government information to the citizen for example,Reserves in HK,Tourism in HK ext.To let those of using the social networking's citizen can know more about the Mode of operation in hk.

2.)on the other hand,how the social networking sites harm the social harmony?

now a days in the world , there are about 1 billion of people are using the social networking in tne internet, so if the people is bullying by some person on facebook, the other peoples may quikly found the background about that person and post on the facebook to tell the others.It may harm the social harmony.

3.)do you think those social networking sites can decrease the social problems as the community relationships are becoming closer and closer?


as a police ,i think the government should take a law for the social nerworking to Against the bad person who was bullying the people badly and worst, so the police can arrest undesirable people easily.
